Services
We offer the following services:
CURBSIDE PICKUP/DROP OFF: At a scheduled time, we will pick up or drop off clients at curbside. Clients must be met by a family member or assistant, or have the ability to transport themselves to their final destination.
DOOR-TO-DOOR SERVICE: We provide additional assistance from the pick up spot to the designated drop point. This would include wheeling the patient into the physician’s office or hospital waiting room. Any assistance required to complete this service, such as the use of a wheelchair or helping a client in/out of bed, is also included.
CERTIFIED NURSE’S AIDE ASSISTANCE: Upon request, we will provide a licensed Nurse’s Aide to assist the client with any personalized needs while they are at their doctor’s appointment or hospital procedure. This includes waiting for the client while at their appointment, doing errands (including picking up prescriptions), as well as insuring the client is comfortable during transport.
STRETCHER SERVICE: This service includes transportation of an individual in a stretcher (gurney) and includes assistance from pickup to the designated drop off point. We utilize the best stretchers in the industry, featuring 500lb load capacities and full head and leg adjustments to make the transport as comfortable as possible. Our stretchers also feature ergonomically-shaped mattresses which hold the patient securely during transport. Use of the company stretchers are provided at no extra charge.
HOSPITAL, NURSING HOME ADMISSIONS/DISCHARGES, AND INTERINSTITUTIONAL TRANSFERS: We will pick up the client from a hospital ward/floor with the use of our wheelchair (as needed) and transport the client along with any necessary paperwork and belongings to a predetermined destination. This service must be pre-approved by the institution and the appointments confirmed with the appropriate case manager or social worker.
